Telecommunications Information Privacy Code Amendment No 5

Telecommunications Information Privacy Code Amendment No 5 supports a system for sharing emergency caller location information, to assist emergency service providers to respond quickly to emergency calls.

The amendment was issued on 26 January 2017 and comes into force on 2 March 2017.
